On May 20, the solution of heavy card power exchange system provided by Zhixin Energy "Three Gorges Electric Energy Ordos source network load storage" project - Talahao power exchange station formally delivered electricity.
The first phase of the project consists of 80 operating vehicles, and 2 low-temperature changing stations will be built with investment, equipped with Zhiyi new energy ultra-low temperature batteries, to provide more efficient and safe electricity changing and energy supply for local high-quality short-distance trunk coal transport vehicles.
In Ordos, the lowest temperature in winter can reach about -30°C. In such an extremely cold environment, the available energy and power attenuation of ordinary power batteries will be very serious. In addition, long-term use in low-temperature environment will accelerate the aging of power batteries and shorten their service life.
614V standardized battery
Start without fear of cold, full power
The 614V standardized battery that Zhixin Energy matched for Tarahao electrical changing Station can achieve a discharge efficiency of more than 92% at -40℃ and a charging efficiency of more than 85% at -20℃, which can meet the work needs in the local extremely cold climate environment. Dynamic equalization and self-repair technology are used to solve the problem of low temperature cell decay rate too fast, achieve ultra-long life and reduce the operating cost of electrical changing station. At the same time, the multi-channel technology of current decomposition, convergence ability, instant high-power output, more powerful power.
This project consumes 2kWh of transportation electricity per kilometer with electricity-changing heavy truck, and 180,000 kWh of electricity per year for single vehicle. After the traditional fuel truck is converted to electricity-changing heavy truck, the first phase of the project will reduce the use of 3.24 million liters of diesel every year, 14.34% lower than the operating cost of fuel truck and 2.56 million yuan lower than the operating cost of fleet each year.
For electrical exchange projects, Zhiyi New Energy can use the second-level block DC networking technology to deeply integrate clean energy, energy storage and charging and changing power stations, forming the integrated development of green energy supply, storage and use of source network, charge and storage, and further improving the economy, energy conservation and emission reduction capacity of electrical exchange stations.
