On the afternoon of March 18th, Feng Yi, member of the Party Working Committee, standing Committee of the District Party Committee and head of the Organization Department of the High-tech Zone, went to ZHI YI New Energy Development Co., Ltd. to carry out research on talent work, and had a detailed understanding of the development of high-level talent enterprises after the introduction and implementation.

The leaders of the high-tech Zone first affirmed our company's efforts in talent work, ability in talent gathering and contribution in improving the influence of the whole city. They also conducted field research, visited workshops and looked at products, and had a detailed understanding of the key technologies in product research and development.

Minister Feng Yi encouraged high-level talents of Zhiyi to play a leading role and contribute more wisdom and strength to the high-tech Zone based on their positions. He hoped that enterprises would strengthen scientific and technological innovation, actively introduce and cultivate various high-tech talents, promote the transformation and implementation of more scientific research achievements in the high-tech zone, and speed up the development and listing of enterprises.

Later, in the talent work symposium, Yang Minghe, general manager of Zhixin Energy RESEARCH and development Center, made an in-depth report on the settled projects, daily operation, policy improvement and the next stage of work plan.

Finally minister yi said, high-tech zone will improve the policy system, improve the talent again on the ecological environment, improve the compatibility of policy and human resource, on the talent work should always do: pay more attention to ideological, measures on a more solid, more pragmatic style of work, let people more steadfast, provide industrial transformation and upgrading more warm, more powerful support.
